Pink Ribbon Tribute Order Form

​How It Works:

  • Order Your Tribute Sign – Purchase a sign in honor or memory of a loved one. Each 2-foot tall sign will feature the honoree’s name, followed by "Lovingly," and the name selected by the purchaser.

  • Signs on Display – Tribute signs will be placed by Dance for the Cure volunteers outside the Hillsborough Municipal Complex, 379 South Branch Rd, Hillsborough, NJ, on April 1 and will remain up through April 30.

  • Create Awareness & Support Local Breast Cancer Patients – Proceeds benefit Dance for the Cure, a 100% volunteer-run organization providing financial assistance to local breast cancer patients in need.

 

Key Dates:

  • Order Deadline: March 15

  • Pickup Option: If you wish to keep your sign, pickup is available on April 30 at the Hillsborough Municipal Complex, 379 South Branch Rd, Hillsborough, NJ,

  • Signs Removed: After April 30

This April, Dance for the Cure invites you to take part in the Pink Ribbon Tribute, a special way to honor or remember a loved one affected by breast cancer. For a $50 donation, you can purchase a large, personalized, breast cancer lawn sign featuring the honoree’s name. Signs will be prominently displayed outside the Hillsborough Municipal Complex, 379 South Branch Rd, Hillsborough, NJ, throughout the month of April, creating a powerful visual display of love, remembrance, and support.
